1. For Participants, they need to upload their cooking photos or video clips capturing the cooking moments and hashtag #FNBChallenge.
2. Every week, 1 lucky winner will be selected, and receive a series of LEMNOS cheese.
3. At the end of the contest, the top five participants with most Facebook’s Like will enter the final contest on 27th October, 2016.
4. Feather & Bone’s chef will demonstrate their recipes and the winner will be chosen base on creativity, presentation, as well as colour, aroma and taste.
5. The champion, first runner-up and second runner-up will be awarded with $5,000, $3,000 and $1,000 Feather & Bone shopping vouchers respectively. Also, the awarded dish will be included in Feather & Bone’s new branch menu.

餡料:
哈羅米芝士(LAMONS) 40克
牛油 30克
雞蛋 1個
杏仁粉 30克
糖 30g
低筋麵粉 10克
布冧 1個
紅桑子醬 30克

裝飾:
蜜糖

Pastry filling:
Halloumi Cheese (LAMONS) 40g
Butter 30g
Egg 1pc
Almond flour 30g
Cake flour 10g
Sugar 30g
Plum 1pc
Raspberry sauce 30g

Glaze:
